This is a dead link! The docs have been moved to HERE:
https://github.com/PCGen/pcgen-docs
And require you to host the docs website yourself, in turn requiring you to install your own copy of Hugo. (which is safe, just extremely troublesome)
DEVS: IF YOU SEE THIS, PLEASE HOST THE DOCS ON A PUBLIC SERVER, and link the new hosting here. It is common courtesy for any open-source project that has its own website to host its own docs and tutorials.
