Where can I download this latest version? When I click the link on the home page, it takes me to 6.04 which, as far as I can tell, doesn’t have the ACG.
From the Sourceforge download page that you get from the “download now” button, find the navigation bar above the green download button, click on Files and go into PC Gen Unstable.
You’ll find this latest version there as it’s an alpha which generally means “buggy as all hell and not advised for most of the population unless you’re a super masochist who enjoys getting frustrated by program crashing bugs”.
Actually, PCGen “unstables” aren’t released if they are known to be “buggy as all hell”. Each release must pass a slew of tests before being pushed to the public. Unstable means we may have introduced new bugs when we introduced new features. I personally use the latest version, and have only had a couple of instances where it made life miserable. Please use them, as they are the best method to give us feedback and get anything found fixed. Cheers, -Andrew
I can’t seem to locate the ACG data in any of the source sets. No matter which Pathfinder datasets I load, the ACG data is not present in any of them, it seems. Is there something special I have to do to access it?
I found a bug with the implementation of the Warpriest from the Advanced Class Guide. The forgepriest archetype does not let you pick a blessing like it should. Normal Warpriets get 2, while the forgepriest should get 1, currently. the forgepriest gets none.
Hi, this should be fixed now.
Hi!
1) Love PcGen
2) Noticed that Racial Heritage Feat only allows you to take Orc, Dwarf, Elf or Gnome… but none of the ‘humanoid’ uncommon races such as Kitsune…but as Kitsune itself are included in the built…
3) I’m aware that might just have been too much for this release for now…
I found a bug with the implementation of the Wizard archetype “Spirit whisper” from the Advanced Class Guide. When you add the archetype you should gain a spirit link which grants you a spirit animal from the shaman choice instead of a familiar but it only allows you to pick a familiar from the wizard or witch list.
can u add more races like succubus, skinwalker and more clases like pionics
